Perez brings a specialized background in Agency-level environmental requirements to the Torrance-based firm. Her career includes managing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, as well as complex lead-based paint and asbestos evaluations. Before joining Partner, she supported diverse portfolios for clients ranging from the U.S. Coast Guard and HUD to private telecommunications and legal firms.
Adrienne Perez Joins Partner to Lead Agency Environmental Services
With over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting, Adrienne Perez has joined Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. as Technical Director. Based in Atlanta, she will oversee compliance and quality assurance for environmental due diligence, specifically targeting multifamily lending transactions for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac nationwide.
Nicole Moore, National Technical Director at Partner, noted that Perez’s specific expertise in Agency programs will bolster the company's consulting practice. Beyond standard due diligence, Perez has conducted threatened and endangered species surveys and led environmental monitoring for offshore natural gas pipeline projects. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, she holds AHERA Asbestos Certification. Her new role focuses on scaling the firm’s technical oversight as it continues to manage risk for commercial real estate transactions.
