Greene, an association member since 2008, steps into the role with extensive experience across technical committees, including corporate reporting and pension oversight. He joined the board in 2021 and will now spearhead the organization’s strategic direction. Joining him in the executive suite are Vice Chair Amie Thuener of Broadcom, Secretary Nicholas Koutouras of Q2 Holdings, and Treasurer Vickie Wong of Cisco Systems. Alice L. Jolla, of Microsoft, moves into the position of Immediate Past Chair.
General Motors’ Vincent Greene Named Board Chair of FEI
Vincent Greene, the automotive controller at General Motors, has been appointed as the new National Board Chair for Financial Executives International. His leadership marks the start of the 2026-2027 fiscal year for the professional association, which represents CFOs, CAOs, and senior finance leaders across the United States.

Beyond these appointments, nine additional finance professionals were named to the board, representing firms such as Accenture, Nasdaq, and Johnson & Johnson. Andrej Suskavcevic, President and CEO of the Morristown-based organization, noted that the incoming leadership group possesses the industry expertise necessary to drive member value and professional development. The full slate of officers and directors officially assumed their duties on July 1, 2026.
