The project requires the installation of a high-definition network comprising 336 cameras alongside a robust communications suite. This includes a 435-point public address system, a 50-point intercom network, and a 28-location e-Call system. To secure the facility, SU Group will deploy video-enabled access control for 100 doors and a precision water leakage detection system across 80 critical points.
SU Group Lands $1 Million Security Contract for Hong Kong Cultural Hub
A major cultural facility under construction in Tin Shui Wai has tapped SU Group Holdings for a comprehensive security upgrade. The contract, valued at over US$1 million, tasks the Nasdaq-listed firm with integrating advanced surveillance and life-safety systems into a new hub designed for artifact preservation and public education.

The installation supports the facility’s role as the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's primary center for conservation. The building itself features climate-controlled rooms capable of maintaining strict environmental conditions for 48 hours during power failures. According to CEO Dave Chan, the win validates the company’s focus on mission-critical public infrastructure, with revenue from the project expected to be recognized by the end of 2026.
