Tosch.ai Expands Analytics Platform to Individual Athletes and Coaches

With college sports navigating a volatile landscape of conference realignment and frequent roster turnover, Andover-based Tosch.ai is positioning its platform as the industry's primary source of truth. The company’s latest update integrates granular performance data for individual athletes and coaching staff, moving beyond the team-level metrics it debuted in November 2025.

Tosch.ai Expands Analytics Platform to Individual Athletes and Coaches

The expansion introduces millions of data points covering player statistics dating back to 2021, alongside detailed metrics on roster movement and coaching staff trends. By consolidating information from nearly 2,000 institutions across the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, 3C2A, and NWAC, the platform aims to replace fragmented spreadsheets with a centralized dashboard. According to CEO Shawne Robinson, the goal is to provide a common language for stakeholders who face increasing pressure to make rapid, high-stakes decisions.

Athletic directors and coaches are now utilizing these insights to benchmark programs and refine recruiting strategies, while student-athletes can leverage the data to evaluate their own development against peers. For sports agents, the platform offers a way to ground NIL conversations and transfer decisions in objective performance metrics. By automating data collection, the firm intends to reduce the administrative burden on athletic departments, allowing resources to be redirected toward strategy and personnel development.
