Cincinnati Reds sensation Elly De La Cruz is taking his signature flavor from the parlor to the pantry. Starting the week of July 6, the Dulce De La Cruz ice cream—a caramel-swirled tribute to the star's favorite treat—hits major grocery store shelves across the tri-state area for a limited time.
Beyond the ingredients, the product serves as a personal project for the baseball star. The red packaging features imagery of De La Cruz alongside a family photo with his mother and brother, underscoring the values behind his community-focused initiatives. Michael Ahmed, CEO of United Dairy Farmers, noted that the expansion aims to bring the partnership closer to the fans who have supported the athlete throughout his rise. This release joins a growing list of collaborations between the brand and the player, including the #44 Shake and support for the Club 44 youth initiative.
