Since its 2024 inception, Retail Voices has highlighted leaders driving the retail and CPG sectors. This new iteration, developed in partnership with RETHINK Retail, transforms the recognition into an active community. Selected honorees will gain year-long access to NRF research and programming, moving beyond the traditional constraints of the annual Retail’s Big Show.
Susan Newman, NRF’s senior vice president of event strategy, noted the program's intent to provide staying power for influential voices. Marie Chevrier Schwartz, CEO of RETHINK Retail, added that the extended format aims to foster deeper collaboration and ongoing discussion around industry trends. Despite the year-round expansion, the program will still culminate in a VIP experience at the 2027 Big Show, featuring exclusive access and dedicated networking spaces at the Javits Convention Center.
