Inturai Ventures Moves to Acquire AI Drone Swarm Platform DomeCommand

Vancouver-based Inturai Ventures has signed an exclusive letter of intent to acquire DomeCommand, an AI-driven command-and-control platform designed for autonomous drone swarms. The deal, valued at up to C$6.025 million, aims to integrate Inturai’s radio-signal sensing technology with automated swarm coordination for defense and public safety applications.

The proposed acquisition includes the full intellectual property behind DomeCommand and a perpetual, royalty-free license to the underlying Distri software. Under the terms of the agreement, Inturai will pay C$25,000 upfront, with the remainder of the consideration delivered in up to 30 million common shares at C$0.20 per share, contingent on development and time-based milestones. The transaction remains subject to due diligence, final contract negotiations, and Canadian Securities Exchange approval.

DomeCommand allows a single operator to manage multiple drones, consolidating sensor feeds into a live tactical display that presents ranked response options. By automating the decision-making loop, the system aims to reduce response times from minutes to seconds, particularly in environments where traditional communications may be jammed. Inturai CEO Ed Clarke stated that the integration of this software with the company’s existing sensing-on-drones program creates a closed-loop system capable of detecting threats through walls and executing human-approved responses without relying on camera-based surveillance.
