As CPO, Hilkert is tasked with scaling the company’s integration of AI agents, moving the business beyond traditional software sales toward delivering measurable outcomes in recruitment, payroll, and compliance. This shift aims to capture more of the value inherent in workforce management, where human-led processes currently outweigh software investment.
