Solina has finalized the acquisition of Denver-based Epicurean Butter, a specialist in flavored compound butters, to sharpen its competitive edge in the U.S. food manufacturing and foodservice sectors. The deal integrates Epicurean’s agile development model into Solina’s broader culinary platform, though specific financial terms remain undisclosed.
Under the terms of the agreement, the existing leadership team at Epicurean, led by CEO Stephen Owens, will remain in place to oversee operations.
