Cloud Capital has inaugurated a core joint venture strategy alongside Realty Income and an undisclosed global institutional investor, seeding the partnership with over $6 billion in stabilized hyperscale assets. The initiative targets high-barrier markets in the United States, with planned expansion into the European digital infrastructure sector.
For Realty Income, the partnership serves as a strategic move to scale its digital infrastructure footprint. CEO Sumit Roy highlighted the alignment between the venture’s high-quality asset profile and the company’s disciplined approach to capital allocation. The deal was supported by financial advisors Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Moelis & Company LLC, with legal counsel provided by Jones Day and Latham & Watkins LLP.
